Leadership Academy — Pilot Promotion

To bring forward a new generation of leaders, we designed and ran the Academy's pilot cohort: a complete, demanding programme rooted in the field.

The challenge

Professionalise leaders already in post without cutting them off from their work, with a format both solid and compatible with their schedule.

Our approach

• A 6-month hybrid programme (in-person, remote, workshops).
• 9 modules: management, sports law, communication, governance…
• A dedicated mentor for each participant.
• A field project applied to their own organisation.

Results

• 24 leaders trained and certified.
• 6 months of an intensive, concrete programme.
• An alumni network active from the end of the cohort.
